Miller Co Homes is the personal real estate brand of Jake Miller, a fifth-generation Denver native. Looking to establish a distinct identity in a competitive market, Jake set out to build a brand that felt personal, professional, and unmistakably rooted in Colorado. I developed the full brand identity—from a mark that nods to Jake’s heritage and the landscape he serves to a flexible logo system and elevated, approachable color palette. The result is a timeless, trustworthy brand that reflects Jake’s deep local knowledge and commitment to helping people feel at home.
